Order Duplication
Sometimes orders may be duplicated, and this is normal system behavior. When an error occurs during order creation (e.g., something is wrong with Bitrix24 or the field settings), the plugin attempts to re-add the order at the interval you set. This can occasionally result in duplicates.
You can disable retry attempts in the settings, but this increases the risk of losing an order if something goes wrong with Bitrix24. We still recommend keeping this feature enabled and manually deleting duplicate orders. You can disable it in the settings.
If duplicates appear constantly, you should check the integration settings and review the logs. Identify the error causing the interruptions and fix it. This could be related to incorrect fields or temporary CRM unavailability.
